Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment:
    If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact our customer support team at info@routinelycare.com as soon as possible.
  2. Order Cancellation After Shipment:
    If your order has already been shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.
    - In such cases, you can still request a return and refund as outlined in our Refund Policy below.

Refund Policy:

  1. Returns Due to Damaged or Defective Products:
    • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team at info@routinelycare.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.
    • We may require you to provide photos or other evidence of the damage or defect.
    • Once we confirm the issue, we will provide you with instructions for returning the product.
    • We will offer you the choice of a replacement product or a full refund, including shipping charges.
  2. Returns for Non-Damaged Products:
    • If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason other than damage or defect, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product.
    • Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and in a resaleable condition.
    • You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
    • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund for the product's purchase price, excluding any shipping charges.

General Terms:

  1. All refund and cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to info@routinelycare.com.
  2. If you made an online payment, we will refund the amount back in the original source (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc) within 7 working days of receiving the request from you.
  3. For COD orders, we will refund the amount to your bank account within 14 working days of requesting a refund.
  4. If you received a promotional or bundled offer and return only part of the order, the value of the promotional item may be deducted from your refund.
  5. Routinely reserves the right to refuse a refund or return if the product shows signs of misuse or tampering.
  6. This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made on our website www.routinelycare.com. For purchases made through authorized retailers or third-party sellers, please refer to their respective policies.
